From Cannes - MIPTV

FREE SHUTTLE BUS FROM CANNES TO RAPALLO

For all guests who attend the MIPTV in Cannes is available a free shuttle bus to reach Rapallo.

Access to the Bus will be authorized only after checking of reservation by our staff.

The service will be available in the following days/time:

Wednesday April 14th 2010 - departure from Cannes H 6.00 PM*

Thursday April 15th 2010 - departure from Cannes H 12.00 AM*

Friday April 16th 2010 - departure from Cannes H 10.00 AM*

Meeting Point:

PALAIS DES FESTIVALS - MIPTV (CANNES)

*We strongly recommend to go to the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure.

Reservations:

Make your reservation by downloading and filling in each part the Application Form and by sending it back by email to the Booking Office cartoonsbay.booking@raitrade.it within March 31st 2010.
  

By Plane

CRISTOFORO COLOMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT - GENOA

The airport is 38 km. approx. from Rapallo (about 35 minutes by car), 40 km approx. from Santa Margherita Ligure (about 45 minutes by car) and 45 km approx. from Portofino (about 50 minutes by car).
A Transfer Service is available, with private car and/or minibus to reach the location of your interest.

By train

GENOVA RAILWAY STATIONS: GENOVA BRIGNOLE AND GENOVA P. PRINCIPE

The two main railway stations, Genova Brignole and Genova Principe are both very close to the city center. Railway service to Rapallo and S. Margherita Ligure is very frequent throughout the day wiht Intercity and Regional trains, between 25 and 50 minutes of running time.

RAILWAY STATIONS on RAPALLO and S. MARGHERITA LIGURE - PORTOFINO

Rapallo: the train station is located in the city center, at about 250 mt. from the seaside and most of the hotels.

S. Margherita Ligure - Portofino: the station is about 50 mt. from the seaside and about 200 mt from S.Margherita Ligure's city center. Portofino is at about 4 km.

By Car

HIGHWAY

From South:

Highway A12 Genova - Rosignano, direction Genova: exit Rapallo.

From Milan:

Highway A7 Milano - Genova: connection A12 Genova - Rosignano, direction La Spezia; exit Rapallo.

From Exit Rapallo:

To Rapallo: Proceed straight ahead towards city center (2km).

To S. Margherita Ligure: proceed straight ahead towards the city center (2 km). At the third streetlight, at a big crossroad, turn right (Corso Matteotti) and, after about 200mt, turn left following the sign to S.Margherita Ligure; proceed straight ahead for about 3 km.

To Portofino: follow the signs to reach S. Margherita Ligure. Once in S. Margherita, proceed to the roundabout and take the second exit; proceed to the seafront street for about 4 km to get to Portofino.
