Cartoons on the Bay becomes the first cross-media animation Festival. In line with the path followed last year, the International Television Animation Festival of Rai, in including in its title the definition that marks the suggestions of the contamination between genres and languages and represents the future of animated cartoons. “ The decision – as Roberto Genovesi, Artistic Director of Cartoons on the Bay said – has been taken to seal, with a formal act, this birth that has been recognized to us at an international level.
